I work out in the middle of nowhere in Suffolk and the best place for something that is not fast food, is Ruby Tuesday's. They get pretty busy, but their staff is always up on refills & getting your food, that is always wonderful, out very fast.
PROS: Menu changes often & it's always hard to pick just one thing.
CONS: Parking is not the greatest.
